Privacy Policy
How Neusora handles personal data on this website and in the inquiries you send us — in plain language.
01Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Neusora (“Neusora”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with neusora.com (the “Website”) and inquiries made through it. Neusora is responsible for that personal data. For any question about this policy, contact us at contact@neusora.com.
02Scope
This policy covers the Website and direct correspondence with us. It does not cover data that our clients process using Neusora models. That data is handled under the agreement with each client, under which we act on the client’s instructions as its service provider, and the client remains responsible for informing its own users.
03What we collect
Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, organization and anything else you choose to include.
Technical data. When you visit the Website, our hosting provider automatically processes the technical information needed to deliver its pages and keep them secure, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We do not use this data to identify you.
No tracking. The Website uses no analytics tools, advertising technology or tracking cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not build profiles of visitors. Its typefaces and images are served from our own domain.
04How we use it and why
We use personal data to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a possible engagement, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us or of steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract; to operate and secure the Website, on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure site; and to comply with our legal obligations.
05Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our website hosting and email providers, which process it on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations; with professional advisers where necessary; and with public authorities where the law requires.
06International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where the law requires, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
07Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any relationship that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless the law requires a longer period. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period under its own retention practices.
08Security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take care to keep the data we hold safe.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@neusora.com; we will reply within the time the law requires. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live or work.
10Children
The Website is intended for organizations and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
